Project overview
Structural engineering services on this 2-story concrete masonry and steel joist structure. The roof consists of pre-fabricated metal trusses. Lateral stability is provided by the masonry shear walls. The foundation consists of spread and continuous footings. Coordination of design with architectural, MEP and site drawings were part of our scope of work. Foundation design is per the owner provided geotechnical recommendations incorporating the relevant building codes.
