Project overview
The critical facility includes 28,955 square feet of slab-on-grade construction with cast-in-place shear walls and columns, along with 12,035 square feet of elevated structural slab. In addition to replacing century-old systems and installing thousands of feet of new duct bank, this project strengthens the energy infrastructure that supports local businesses, residents, and future development.
